Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the CDCP, you must meet all four conditions:
- Be a Canadian resident
- Not have access to private dental insurance- including through an employer, spouse, pension, or group plan
- Have an adjusted family net income under $90,000
- Have filed your taxes for the previous year
